Ka Tahi Chardonnay

WINE ORBIT REVIEW: 4.5 Stars

This outstanding 2024 Chardonnay has been harvested and worked right through primary malo and ferment. Stored in the Ka Tahi cellars in new and seasoned French oak barriques until bottling. With golden-pear, mango, lemon zest, vanilla, and brioche characters, it’s succulent, creamy and elegantly smooth.

The label features the Mt Cook Buttercup, depicted in Art Deco style. The flower is endemic to New Zealand, and the largest species of Buttercup in the world, growing in Alpine areas in the South Island.

The grapes for our Chardonnay (and all of our wines), are sourced in Hawke’s Bay, and the wines are crafted at our winery – Hawke’s Bay Vintners Ltd.
